We need a strong, creative leader to head up the Training Team to continue providing our team members with the knowledge and skills they need to perform at the highest level. The Information Technology Training Leader provides this leadership to I.T. Trainers and partners with our IT stakeholders to deliver a world class training and coaching experience. This leader is directly responsible for the training analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of all I.T. Training initiatives, programs, courses, and materials. As the "owner" of I.T Training, this leader is also responsible for the development of I.T. Training Specialist, I.T. Trainers, Agile Coaches, and training coordinators. They are also responsible for the development and maintenance of all I.T. Training Materials and deliverable items or projects. 


  • Develop and Lead I.T. Training Initiatives (Initial Training, Ongoing Training, and Continuous Improvement/Coaching).
  • Lead and serve our Training Specialist, Trainers, Coaches, and Coordinators. 
  • Partner with United Shore Leaders to identify and fulfill training needs. 
  • Ensure I.T. Training needs are met and in alignment with United Shores Training Standards.
  • Support the VP of Training as needed
  • Review Training Materials for effectiveness
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement and other class offerings as/when needed.

  • Prior leadership experience


  • 2 years tenure as a United Shore team member
  • Previous training experience
  • Technical expertise that should include or have working experience with: networking, field support, quality assurance, release engineering, production support, enterprise/application architecture, application development, databases, project management, and SCRUM methodologies.
