The Servicing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the positive relationships that have been built by and between all clients by providing exceptional customer service skills. This role will be within the Customer Care team in Servicing and will be heavily focused on phone call contact with clients.


  • Accepting incoming calls from all clients
  • Making outbound calls to clients
  • Responding to emails from clients
  • Working various reports as assigned
  • Supplementing and overseeing our sub servicer
  • Cross training to learn other area of servicing


• High School Diploma
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multi task in fast pace environment
• Positive attitude
• 1+ years previous experience in customer service required
• 1+ years previous experience in mortgage servicing strongly preferred
