    As an IT Quality Assurance Analyst at United Shore, you will get to work with a growing team of QA experts skilled in manual and automated testing. We work in a fast-paced, agile environment where code is deployed into production every 48 hours. We are moving towards a CI/CD model where we will be able to deploy code on demand. You will play a pivotal role in helping ensure the quality of deployed software at United Shore.


    • Become a subject matter expert in Unite Shore’s applications, automated testing tools, and testing/defect management
    • Create automated testing scripts that can be executed by others
    • Support the testing of multiple ongoing projects concurrently
    • Perform manual and automated testing
    • Follow industry standard defect management process
    • Enhance the existing testing suite scripts
    • Collaborate with your teammates and mentor others to help them grow in their role
    • Suggest new testing processes that will help streamline development
    • Available for on-call testing requests



    • 5+ years of experience in software testing
    • Experise in QA autiomation tools
    • Experience in creating test scripts in C#, Visual Basic or Java
    • Communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, test cases and defects
    • Experience defining test strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders
    • Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision
    • On-site attendance



    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Systems
    • Financial services industry experience
    • Experience using Protractor
    • Experience with HPE Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
