The Call Scoring Specialist will work with Client Service to ensure calls are being reviewed and our team members are continuously learning and improving.
• Listen to Calls call clips
• Audit and Evaluate call quality using a detailed scorecard
• Maintain detailed call notes
• Relay scoring to direct leaders for coaching opportunities
• Kudos reporting and delivers results to teams
• Above and beyond rewards
• Clients are all internal
• Additional admin duties
