Use your problem-solving skills and our guidelines to determine if a company is able to become and/or remain approved with us as a client. Daily interactions with a mix of internal and external clients. Looking for a team player with strong work ethic, positive attitude, coach-able, sense of urgency in tasks, attention to detail, adapts well to changes, organized, someone that is driven and takes ownership and pride in their work.


  • Review new and renewal applications submitted to UWM
  • Review conditions supplied for applications
  • Run/request, review and analyze professional, industry background checks on Clients.
  • Closely analyze information and documents provided for completeness and determine if the Client is eligible for approval/fit the UWM Business model.
  • Manage queues within OBA  for day to day tasks.
  • Provide great client service to both internal and external clients.
  • Process denials and approvals.
  • Process change of structure requests (broker to correspondent and vice versa)


  • Previous experience as a Client Priority Support Specialist, preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
