    The NOC/APM Administrator monitors the performance of all applications and will work with enterprise application developers and support specialists to provide guidance, application, network, and systems monitoring, as well as operational support of enterprise applications.  This position requires experience with AppDynamics or similar APM (Application Performance Management)  tools and an uptime focused, technical person that has a good understanding of Microsoft technologies who has the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues


    • Assure all production system changes and application deployments conform to enterprise change control policies and procedures.
    • Use of AppDynamics to manage system configurations.
    • Prior hands-on release to production and production configuration responsibilities.
    • Documentation and management of system configurations and policy for production systems.
    • Monitor all aspects of network, systems and network Infrastructure on a real time basis and communicating with internal and external clients of work effort being conducted to resolve their issues. 
    • Provide monitoring data to all other cross functional teams and assisting in the interpretation of the data to resolve issues in the environment.
    • Provide regular status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues, and progress toward goals.
    • Leverage the use of workflow ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
    • Develop relationship with stakeholders to proactively understand pain-points & develop solution requirements.
    • Work closely with other members of IT Department to assist with project implementations from concept through maintenance.
    • Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed.



    • Understanding of AppDynamics or similar APM tools
    • Detailed understanding of enterprise infrastructure (AD, DHCP, DNS, load balancers, etc.) & application architecture best practices.
    • Experience developing monitoring solutions to predict outages as well as provide root-cause analysis & reporting.
    • Detailed understanding of Solarwinds.
    • Ability to discuss issues & present root cause analysis info to various audience levels, including CTO to technical support.


    • BA degree in Computer Science , or equivalent experience.
    • Mortgage and/or financial services industry experience.
    • ITIL, TOGAF certifications.
    • Experience w/F5 load balancer technology.
    • Detailed understanding of SQL Spotlight use & configuration.
    • Detailed understanding of PingPlotter use & configuration.
    • Application Development or SDLC experience
