  • Servicing Project Coordinator

    The Servicing Project Coordinator will be responsible for the on-boarding and coordination of all new Servicing Team Members. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for the servicing team’s job aids and procedure updates.  In addition they will be assigned special projects and also provide/assist with any training opportunities for the Servicing Team.


    • Collaborating with the Servicing Team members to assure up to date procedures and job aids
    • Completing special projects as needed
    • Working closely with the Training team to identify opportunities for the Servicing team
    • Identifying and communicating regulatory and investor changes to team members
    • Creating and maintaining a log of elements completed and providing detailed reports to leadership


    • 2+ years previous experience in mortgage servicing required
    • 1+ years previous experience in training, project management, and/or leadership required
    • Strong understanding of the entire mortgage process
    • Strong understanding of sub-servicing relationships
    • Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience with procedure Writing
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive attitude
    • Ability to work independently
    • Strong aptitude in patience, flexibility, listening and collaboration
    • High School Diploma
