    As the Social Media Coordinator, you will contribute to the UWM and United Shore brand voice across all active social media channels. You will be expected to play an active role in coming up with new on-brand topics/ideas for our social media strategies. You’ll also play a supporting role in all paid media efforts for print and digital. This is a chance to work with a team of marketing experts, receive mentorship, contribute to a recognized brand, and participate in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, takes initiative, and really understands how to think strategically.


    • Assist with the creation of monthly content calendars and provide creative direction to ensure that all content remains on-brand
    • Effectively manages multiple projects and deadlines
    • Create post copy for social posts using the UWM/United Shore brand voice
    • Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube) by publishing updates, handling reputation management and engaging with users
    • Assist in the strategy, set-up and execution of paid social media to support cross-channel campaigns (incorporate advanced targeting, including first-party data)
    • Pull weekly social metrics reporting to gauge post performance and provide insights, recommendations and optimizations
    • Support paid media efforts for United Shore and UWM digital and print (strategy, execution and reporting)
    • Manage and craft responses for all Glassdoor reviews as well as Google, Yelp and other online platforms
    • Routinely research emerging social technology, newsfeed algorithms, trending pop culture, etc. to keep our brands at the forefront of the social universe


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field
    • 1-3 years’ experience in digital execution and be able to share experience with any type of work with campaign strategies
    • Familiarity with building a social campaign from scratch would be preferred but not required
    • Familiarity with Paid Social and Social Listening
    • A desire to understand and impact a wide variety of marketing efforts
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Operates efficiently in a dynamic environment and can switch focus based on company priorities
