    United Shore has a team dedicated to the Engagement of it's Team Members.  They are not only responsible for Events, Charity efforts, Birthday and Anniversary celebrations, but also our internal intra-net that we call UZone.  UZone houses not only a social that our team members use to highlight their team accomplishments, celebrate significant milestones among many other things.  It also is a Task Management System that allows us to cut out internal email as well as collaboratively work on projects within multiple teams with high visibility and accountability.  This is the the home to our Training Center which we call "Academy".  We are looking for an Academy Engagement Specialist who would be responsible for the management, maintenance, and training in regards to the Academy learning system.  


    • Maintaining and creating strong valuable relationships will different leaders within the company in order to ensure their training needs are met.
    • Manage and update all Academy content, reporting, and testing across the company.
    • Prioritize company and team announcements, training, and updates to provide the greatest impact for our team members.
    • Responsible for maintaining and recording each team's metrics and results for each leader
    • Become a subject matter expert for each business unit and with each leader to ensure the content available is accurate at all times.
    • Facilitate all trainings for new team members, leaders, and captains accordingly.
    • Field any and all questions from team members in the company regarding Academy as you are the liaison for Academy in UZone.
    • Troubleshoot all issues with our vendor and work toward revolving issues quickly and effectively
    • Attend all team meetings within the company to ensure that you are up to date with all team's roll-outs, announcements, needs, and improvements for the system.
    • Responsible for creating all job aids for new Academy roll-outs per team and for the company while being responsible for the roll-out, communication, and support for the platform.
    • Have the ability to provide around the clock Academy support for all team members, leaders, and Academy administrators.
    • In addition, as part of the Engagement Team, you are required to attend all team events and company-wide projects as an advocate of the team. 


    • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role
    • Minimum of 6 months experience training
    • Minimum of 6 months experience with a LMS (Learning Management System) such as Litmos LMS, 360Learning LMS, Absorb LMS, Travitor, Torch LMS, Accord LMS, GnosisConnect LMS, Bridge, IQualify, eSSential, etc.
    • Experience working in a ticket based management system such as a Help Desk.
    • Ability to encompass a positive, friendly, and upbeat personality with all team's within the company.
    • A sense of urgency that beats the best of the best.
    • A passion for Elite Client Service with every single interaction you encounter.
    • Ability to leave every team member you help with a positive and impactful feeling after you leave.
    • Adapting to change comes natural to you, you embrace change, and promote it when necessary.
    • Never afraid to question "the why" to enhance the business while also understanding "the why" behind the current process.
    • Must be out-going - willing to dance at every Thursday 3 O'clock dance party, wear costumes from time to time, have fun every day, sign up for charity events and opportunities, and simply make your workplace more enjoyable for you and everyone around you!
