    The Junior Instructional Designer plays a crucial role in the creation, development, and editing of content for learning experiences which close the gaps in skills, knowledge, and information of a targeted audience. The Designer focuses on how the training should be including the look, feel, organization and functionality. The Designer is expected to create and edit course, workshop and/or curriculum material for the Information Technology business channel. 


    • Communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form
    • Promote collaboration among the participants in a design project
    • Perform needs analysis when a training request is submitted
    • Design and develop new training courses, workshops, and curriculum
    • Design and develop Academy content
    • Validate and write accurate training documentation
    • Plan and execute on instructional design projects
    • Evaluate and assess instruction and its impact
    • Attend and audit trainings
    • Maintain a positive attitude and exude confidence in their feedback
    • Consistently hit their monthly goals
    • Facilitate trainings, as needed
    • Actively seek coaching and feedback

    • Minimum 1 year experience working with content and designing training for multiple methods of delivery
    • Strong work ethic
    • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to collaborate with others
    • Demonstrates strong project management skills
    • Experience with using or managing an LMS
    • Advanced experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
    • Must be detail-oriented
    • Must be comfortable with multi-tasking
    • Demonstrates professionalism and composure in high pressure situations and in meeting short deadlines


    • Experience in applying the A.D.D.I.E (or similar) process
    • Previous experience as an instructional designer
    • Previous training experience
