    The Building Support Specialist is responsible for building maintenance both inside and outside the facility. In this role, one must be able to provide elite client service and have a strong sense of urgency.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Monitoring various company supply levels by team needs.
    • Assist with furniture deliveries as needed.
    • Assist with Interoffice/Regular Mail deliveries and output.
    • Assist with recycling bins throughout company when needed.
    • Remove trash throughout company when overflow.
    • Monitor maintenance and cleanliness of gym.
    • Deliver paper and/or supplies to teams when needed.
    • Changing, cleaning and maintenance of fountain pop machines and flavor coffee machines.

    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma
    • Sense of Urgency
    • Good communication skills
    • Basic mechanical skills: Tape Measure, etc.
    • Client-focused
    • Able to lift over 50 pounds
    • Able to operate push cart or hand cart/trolley
