    The Client Service Swat Team Member will work the 11-8 shift and be responsible for rotating within the Client Outreach, Welcome Associate and Call Scoring teams and performing tasks in all areas.


    The Client Service Swat Team Member’s duties will be communicated by their team leader on what functions or projects they will be working on for that day, with the understanding that the function could be project driven and/or change daily.
    The Swat team member will be responsible for having full working knowledge of the following job functions:
    Client Outreach:
    • Research, process, track and manage Magic Maker Requests. Evaluate metrics to monitor performance of Magic Maker.
    • Ensure all client service material is current and updated.

    • Continual service improvements to ensure that our clients’ needs are met.

    • Work proactively within the Client Service team to assist with problem solving, feedback and communication.
    Welcome Associate:
    ·        Ensure incoming calls are directed appropriately and professionally
    ·        Greet our guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
    ·        Perform a variety of administrative tasks (type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents)
    ·        May be responsible for scheduling conference rooms
    ·        Responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines.
    Call Scoring:
    ·        Listen to Team call clips
    ·        Evaluate call quality using a detailed scorecard
    ·        Maintain detailed call notes
    ·        Relay scoring to direct leaders for coaching opportunities


    • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
    • Minimum of 9 months with a client facing role at United Shore/UWM in order to apply
    • High call scores
    • Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Ability to thrive in a team environment
    • Positive Attitude
    • Ability to work the 11-8 shift
