In a typical day, Resolutions Coordinators review and resolve defect notifications from internal and external sources to ensure timely loan sales and/or diminish exposure to repurchase risk.     • Reviewing suspension reports and defect notifications
    • Organizing outstanding reports in Excel
    • Assessing and validating defects against investor and agency guidelines
    • Entering and maintaining data on defect types in LOS
    • Reaching out to external parties to resolve missing or incorrect information
    • Following processes to have documents corrected, and upon receipt of corrected documents, verifying all information is correct, uploaded and removed from report



    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Thorough understanding of agency (FNMA/GNMA) guidelines
    • 1+ post-closing experience or minimum 2 years of processing experience
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Post-closing or resolutions experience
    • Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
    • Familiarity of FHA/VA requirements
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
    • Ability to multitask and adapt
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • Onsite, full-time attendance
