The Technology Rotation Program is an 8-month rotational program that allows you the opportunity to work with nearly every team in the diverse areas of our technology department; such as Enterprise Technology, Architecture, Application Development, Data Services and many more. In these rotations, you will learn all functional areas of our 500+ strong IT team. You will gain a 360 view of the essential roles each of these teams play in the company’s success. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback and share your ideas during each rotation helping us on our continued journey as the #1 Wholesale lender in the country.

You will be working side by side with other Quality Assurance Leaders to grow and evolve our QA team. You will be in the weeds with your QA team members helping them to remove roadblocks and create efficient testing plans. The Call Scoring Specialist will work with the Sales Training Team to assist with any new content development, training preparations, scheduling along with coaching Account Executive sales calls. While in the Call Score Specialist role you will become familiar with our call standards and coaching style. The primary focus of this role is to score and coach Account Executive calls, facilitate role-plays to advance the team’s phone skills, and provide feedback to the team member and their leaders.

The Call Scoring Specialist will be responsible for auditing and scoring calls to ensure quality for our clients. The team member will also be responsible for ensuring our team members are continuously learning and improving their phone calls with our external clients.
Leading individuals on the QC and Document Retrieval teams within Final Docs. The QC team is responsible for performing reviews on digital images of Recorded Mortgages and Final Title Policies to ensure that investor requirements are met. The Document Retrieval team is responsible for retrieving outstanding docs on aged loans by contacting closing agents or utilizing resources.
