The Government Insuring team is responsible for reviewing and Insuring all Government Loans with the Government Agency. They will review documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and adherence to the guidelines. We will also pay all UFMIP/ Funding Fee payments on our government loans.

The Agency Loan Delivery specialist (shipper) is responsible for managing a pipeline of pools/commitments that are to be sold on the secondary market. The job consists of uploading data files to the Agencies, clearing any exceptions, collaborating with QA/Risk, and meeting warehouse cut-off times for timely processing of our loan pools.

The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing a pipeline of repurchased or alternate investor loans that are to be sold on the secondary market due to defects in the underlying collateral. The job consists of sending loans out for bid to multiple buyers, coordinating the delivery of collateral and necessary documentation, and seeing the sale through to completion.

The Lock Desk Specialist would be required to cover a broad area of responsibilities within the Lock Desk Team, which includes completing lock desk functions based on requests from both internal and external clients, monitoring and completing requests from assigned work queues, and handling questions from internal and external clients.

The Warehouse team facilitates loan fundings through coordination efforts with several internal teams and allocating each loan to one of our designated warehouse lines. We then help coordinate the delivery efforts of collateral to the document custodian and reconcile pool fundings with our investors. (IE. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae)

The Secondary Marketing Analyst will be required to cover a broad area of responsibilities within Secondary Marketing, which may include best execution, pooling, model maintenance, and reporting and analysis. Expected to perform multiple functions across the Secondary Marketing area, inclusive of routine operational work, report building, and model maintenance, and trade support, with direct supervision.

The Post Closer would be responsible to review all incoming closed loan packages to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to closing instructions. In addition the Post Closer will prepare binder of collateral documents for shipment to warehouse bank.
