Welcome to big goals, big ambition and big adventure. Welcome to United Shore’s Business Innovation Group (BIG), a 12-month immersion program that exposes participants to numerous teams within the mortgage loan process — from Sales, Risk Management and Underwriting to Client Service, Operations, IT and more.
Our BIG program is a journey, and along the way, participants learn a lot more than the business — they learn which roles inspire them the most and see how each one plays a vital role in our company’s success.
